Order processing & tracking

Quick answers

I haven’t received my tracking email.
Tracking is sent once your order ships. Please check spam/junk and search your inbox for our store name. If it’s been more than 5 business days (processing) and you still don’t see it, send us a message below.
Can I change my address or cancel?
We process orders quickly. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update it. Please include your order number and the new address in your message.
My item arrived damaged / wrong item.
We’re sorry about that — we’ll make it right. Please message us with your order number and a clear photo of the item + packaging if possible.
